Preferred solution: Vitamin Code Raw Calcium. The last bottle I purchased looked different, pink instead of white, than what I’ve been getting for the last couple of years since I’ve started using it. I was concerned.

I needed a refund for Grow Bone kit
I must be allergic to an ingredient. I was very hopeful this could help in reversing my osteoporosis diagnosis.
It has had a very good review on YouTube by a woman in her 60s, as I am. But after almost a month I am realizing an increase of pain in my bones or muscles. Not sure what. Maybe both.
I don't know if its the strontium, or red algea maybe, or what. Something wasnt right. I called Garden of Life. Immediately they took notes of my case and issued a refund in full.
It arrived in my account in 2 days! I will see if there is another Garden of Life productmaybe just calcium. And start with smaller doses for awhile.

I have nor received my refund
My complains have not been acknowledged and no solution offered.
Zero response (just a standard automatic) and NO refund
I have written numerous emails about this order. As stated a few times I have never received the order.
The customer service confirmed that it was shipped back to the warehouse so I can get a refund.
I asked for a refund and I was told it has been processed BUT I never received it. I contacted you about not receiving a refund twice already. I was told it was being checked. It was a few weeks ago.
Since then i have not heard neither updates from you nor my money.
This situation has been dragging almost 4 months since I initially placed my order back on 2.12.2021.
If I do not receive any money within 3 working days I will have no choice but contact my bank and start a legal action to get my money back with compensation.
It has been frustration and time consuming to check and chase up your customer service. Unfortunately, I will have to discourage my colleagues and friends form your website with such unreliable services and post unhappy review.

Your TV commerial
I saw your Garden of Life TV commercial 2 afternoons ago, about pooping and women. I was thoroughly shocked at how tasteless and disgusting it was.
I couldn't believe it. Nothing is private or sacred anymore, no filters on what's acceptable and what isn't or shouldn't be. No wonder the kids and very young adults act and think like they do. Like I said, it was on in the AFTERNOON, when kids see TV.
All friends I told about this were appalled. Then, today, I see a somewhat edited/censored version of the same commercial. It wasn't much better, but at least *** and pooping weren't actually continually said, like in the original. This commercial needs to be redone completely, in a much more tasteful and way less disgusting way of advertising.
I, for one, will not be buying your products. The friends I told about your commercial will not be buying your products, either. I hope you will wake up and remember there are still morals, good taste, family values, and things better left not being said in many situations. Children don't need to see/hear this and think it's acceptable.
Hopefully, you'll redo this entire commercial with a lot more taste, remembering just because it is a body function, it doesn't need to be discussed or heard by the masses. You can find as much better way to advertise your products.

I have never written to a company to complain about a TV ad before. But your disgusting and repulsive television commercials compelled me to do so.
They are tasteless and extremely offensive. I would never, ever purchase your products.
Additionally, the contact is so offensive that I had to even look up the name of the company because it is completely lost in the commercial. And example of poor marketing!
Completely agree. Yes, it is 2022, but I STILL don't want to see women on the toilet or picking their bathing suits out of their buttcrack. These women (and this company) Have zero class.

I agree! The first time we saw this commercial my husband and I literally paused it and just sat there looking at each other in utter disbelief.
We replayed it and I became so angry that this filth was actually on my tv. It just seems that all morality and decency is a thing of the past in this country…the anything-goes attitude has taken over and it stinks.
